I wanted to let you know that the two Sureguard Officers who worked the City’s SAFE event on Saturday 14 November made a great contribution to the success of the day. They were really helpful, responding positively and quickly to all requests all day, but particularly helpful to staff in guiding some of the bigger vehicles onto and off the park. They also engaged positively with the crowd who attended , all stallholders and the staff. Also responded promptly and appropriately, engaging the Police quickly in regards to one incident.
Please pass on my team’s thanks to them. Happy to work with them again
