Sureguard Security have been contracted by the City of Rockingham carrying out services comprising of; Late Night Community Security Patrols. static guard duties at Council meetings, functions and events. sporting venues. patrols of Council assets, lock and unlock of buildings and alarm response services.
During my two years as the Community Safety Manager for the City of Rockingham I have engaged the services of Sureguard for the above duties. At all times I have found Sureguard to be professional, proficient in their duties and adaptable to changing requirements.
Sureguard Security currently is contracted for the protection of the City of Rockingham’s Lark Hill Sporting complex. This complex is valued in excess of 25 million dollars and to-date no incidents have occurred at the site due to the expertise, experience and dedication of Sureguard Security staffs.

Sureguard Security has been addressing our companies security issues for 2 years. They are involved in alarm responses, patrolling and more recently cash handling procedures. Sureguard Security Pty Ltd has been contracted to Rockingham City Shopping Centre to provide security services to the shopping centre since September 2005.
The extent of the services include static guards to patrol the malls during and after trade hours, after hours guards for various tenant requirements, patrol cars throughout the night and at weekends.
Gary Crowther is the over of the company, and we have found Gary to be very co-operative and willing to assist with any issues relating to security of the centre.
We have always found Sureguard Security able to meet our needs for adequate provision of security services.
Sureguard Security has provided security for the Rockingham Business Development Centre for four (4) years and has been a permanent incubator tenant for almost two (2) years.

Sureguard Security Services have been supplying security services for Kwinana Hub Shopping Centre for the past two years.
During that time they have played a pivotal role in the perceived public opinion of the Hub as a safe shopping destination. Sureguard staff have continuously remained visible as a deterrent against unruly behaviour and indeed know many regular customers as a result of their seemingly constant presence.
Staff undertake more than basic security services. They have become extremely helpful in preparing the Centre for promotional activity and have further been of general assistance in the day to day functions associated with the general tasks undertaken by Centre Management. They are willing to undertake First Aid action where required and have become the eyes and ears of Centre Management in relation to OH&S issues that arise from time to time.
Sureguard are well known to the Centre’s retailers and staff who all speak very highly of the assistance give to them during security related incidents.
It is refreshing to work with a Security Company that does what it says it will do when it says it will and I would have no hesitation in placing them on a preferred contractor register for any Shopping Centre. My experience with them has been very positive.
