Sureguard Security has provided security for the Rockingham Business Development Centre for four (4) years and has been a permanent incubator tenant for almost two (2) years.

In the time Sureguard Security has provided our security requirements we have been extremely pleased with the reliability, quality and efficiency of their work. An organisation like ours where we have 33 separate businesses on site, depends very much on the integrity and promptness of services that are provided by the security company we employ. We have grown to depend very much on the professionalism and punctuality of the security services we receive so that businesses in the incubator are protected to the best of our ability at all times.

Since joining us as an incubator tenant, Sureguard Security through its Managing Director, Gary Crowther, has paid accounts punctually and has been instrumental in assisting us with questions on internal and external security of the building. We have found his staff courteous and helpful as well.

Sureguard commenced on July 1st 2002 at very short notice. The service provided has been excellent, with very positive feedback about his staff. We have also had a very prompt response from his on road patrol vehicles to provide additional support in difficult situations.

Gary Crowther through his company Sureguard Security has provided security services to our pharmacy group for approximately the past five years. Sureguard security have been entrusted with our evening lock-ups, money runs, security patrols and overnight security during maintenance. I can honestly say we have never had any problems or issues with any of these services on any occassion. Sureguard Security Services have been supplying security services for Kwinana Hub Shopping Centre for the past two years.

During that time they have played a pivotal role in the perceived public opinion of the Hub as a safe shopping destination. Sureguard staff have continuously remained visible as a deterrent against unruly behaviour and indeed know many regular customers as a result of their seemingly constant presence.

Staff undertake more than basic security services. They have become extremely helpful in preparing the Centre for promotional activity and have further been of general assistance in the day to day functions associated with the general tasks undertaken by Centre Management. They are willing to undertake First Aid action where required and have become the eyes and ears of Centre Management in relation to OH&S issues that arise from time to time.

Sureguard are well known to the Centre’s retailers and staff who all speak very highly of the assistance give to them during security related incidents.

It is refreshing to work with a Security Company that does what it says it will do when it says it will and I would have no hesitation in placing them on a preferred contractor register for any Shopping Centre. My experience with them has been very positive.
