Sureguard Security Services have been supplying security services for Kwinana Hub Shopping Centre for the past two years.
During that time they have played a pivotal role in the perceived public opinion of the Hub as a safe shopping destination. Sureguard staff have continuously remained visible as a deterrent against unruly behaviour and indeed know many regular customers as a result of their seemingly constant presence.
Staff undertake more than basic security services. They have become extremely helpful in preparing the Centre for promotional activity and have further been of general assistance in the day to day functions associated with the general tasks undertaken by Centre Management. They are willing to undertake First Aid action where required and have become the eyes and ears of Centre Management in relation to OH&S issues that arise from time to time.
Sureguard are well known to the Centre’s retailers and staff who all speak very highly of the assistance give to them during security related incidents.
It is refreshing to work with a Security Company that does what it says it will do when it says it will and I would have no hesitation in placing them on a preferred contractor register for any Shopping Centre. My experience with them has been very positive.
